Disaster risk management is the application of disaster risk reduction policies and strategies to prevent new disaster risk, reduce existing disaster risk and manage residual risk, contributing to the strengthening of resilience and reduction of disaster losses. In this center we develop tools and solutions to prevent risk from happening. We have been working with our international and local partners to deliver our solutions for society.

The center of technology aims to simplify your lives by automating your workplace. Our team begins by comprehending any kind of issue or challenge. We will conceptualize and try to find a solution using Alephtav philosophy. In order to deploy software or web application solutions, the Center for Technology uses a hybrid method combining the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the Agile development process. The IT team works with subject-matter specialists to address technological difficulties. We promise users to deliver quality, tailored, simple and affordable products and services. Our reliable technical assistance and upkeep ensure that customers can easily utilize our products. For other types of solution, we use standard Alephtav solution providing procedure like other centers.

We deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organizations. We forecast, measure and report the results of various projects with new and existing partners, including promotions, and/or event partnerships.

The training center provides training in health-related sectors such as disaster risk management, public health emergency management, supply chain management and in sectors such as information system, organizational solution, policy and leadership. ATA is also providing continuous professional development training in various fields with a focus on health-related topics to equip health professionals with the skillsets that help them excel.
ATA also works in partnership with both national and international renown Universities and Colleges with aim of providing excellent and quality courses to individuals and organizations in the country *with plans of extension to the East African countries in the foreseeable future.

Gender mainstreaming is one of the approaches to advancing gender equality. Although the government of Ethiopia instituted various initiatives to bring gender equality, it is believed that there is so much to work yet.
