About the position

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team and serve as the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike. The coordinator will be responsible to design, develop, implement, evaluate, and update the companies sales and marketing strategies.

Required qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in marketing or related fields.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology would be advantageous.
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities.
  • Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology.

·         Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

  • Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Ability to evaluate client feedback and provide after-sales service.
  • High experience in Software products sales environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience

Information Technology Team Leader

Role and responsibility

 

  • Develop marketing and sales strategy.
  • Prepare marketing and sales plan.
  • Coordinate the sales teams or agents.
  • Prepare training and orientation materials for the sales agents and teams.
  • Solicit, review, organize and communicate with different local and international companies.
  • Effectively communicate with clients. 
  • Prepare and execute sales plan and strategies
  • liaise business communication between the client and the organization.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
