Required qualifications

·         Graduate in B.A Degree in Accounting and Finance

·         3 to 5 years work experience

·         Fluency in English and exceptional skill in writing and speaking.

·         Good interpersonal communication.

·         Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting and IFRS

·         Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

·         Analytical and Problem-solving skill

·         Attention to detail

·         Willingness to learn and to be couched by senior staffs.

Reports to

Finance Manager

Role and responsibility

·         Prepare monthly payroll and VAT declaration.

·         Report/pay Government taxes, withholding

·         Produce internal reports for decision making purpose as required.

·         Prepare yearly financial statements and close books of accounts

·         Give appropriate explanations for Government bodies (MOR) and External Auditors on behalf of the company when required

·         Ensure that finance administration activities are carried out as per the standard

·         Reminding organization’s owners of financial irregularities, non-compliance, non-adherence and other financial concerns that relate to the organization.

·         Classifying, coding & posting of transactions on Peachtree.

·         Reconciling bank and sub ledger to general ledger account balance

·        Any duty assigns by Managing director
