Required Qualifications

·         Diploma or Degree graduate from a recognized university/college in the field of Pharmacy;

·         A certificate of professional registration is mandatory

At least two years of relevant professional experience for diploma

·         Willingness to learn and to be coached by consultants.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Strategically manages warehouse (product storage) in compliance with company’s policies and vision;
  • Oversees receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations;
  • Ensures all warehousing, handling and shipping requirements are in place
  • Setups, uses space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met;
  • In charge of ensuring that the correct stock is recorded on behalf of the company;
  • Effectively uses automated stores/warehouse management systems and ensures the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and automated storage and retrieval systems;
  • Monitors the products being purchased and sold out of the company;
  • Coordinate the use of automated and computerized systems where necessary;
  • Manages stock control and reconcile with data storage system;
  • Keeps stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate;
  • Prepares regular stock report of products (received/issued stocks, on hand status report, unusable stock report etc.) and produce and statistical analyses to support stock decisions;
  • Ensures that depleted stock are replenished within a reasonable time period;
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational procedures for warehouse/stores management;

Preferred qualifications and skills

·         Experience in stock pharmaceutical stock management

·        Trainings in pharmaceuticals stock management

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Good knowledge and skill of data management

·        Demonstrated basic computer literacy and

·        Proficient use of automated systems designed for stock monitoring
